By car

The Municipal Archive of Rotterdam is easy to reach by car. (From Utrecht, follow directions for Rotterdam-Noord). Follow the Rotterdamse Ruit (ring road) to the A20 (Gouda - Hoek van Holland). Exit from the A20 at junction 14 (Rotterdam-Centrum) and follow the signs for the city centre. When on the road into the city centre, continue straight ahead over five intersections with sets of traffic lights and then turn left into Heer Bokelweg. The Municipal Archives is signposted on an ANWB signpost at the Schiekade – Heer Bokelweg intersection.
Drive straight ahead under the railway and bear right immediately afterwards into Katshoek. The first street on the right is the Hofdijk.
